Key Highlights
  • The loan amount will be decided by the market value of the property (up to 70% of the market value) and the borrower's ability to repay. (Depending on borrower's financial strength and previous loan track record)
  • Rate of Interest will be 7.5%. For a 15-year term, the minimum EMI will be around ₹ 927 per lakh
  • The property must be clean, undisputed, and legally sound
  • Pan India cases can also be considered, however the loan amount must be greater than ₹ 5 crore

  • Business Class (ID Proof, Residence Proof, Last three years ITR with Computation of balance sheet and Bank statement for last one year)
  • Property Papers (Complete chain of all property paper)
