By submitting an inquiry or application through our platform, you confirm that all information, KYC documents, and financial data provided are accurate, authentic, and up-to-date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate rejection of your application and potential legal action by the lending parties.

3. No Guarantee of Funds

All funding decisions, including loan amounts, interest rates, and processing times, are at the sole discretion of the private lenders and financial institutions. MS Finance Inc. holds no authority over the final lending decision and cannot be held liable for any rejected applications or delayed disbursals.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall MS Finance Inc., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services. We are not responsible for the terms, recovery practices, or agreements enforced by third-party private lenders.

5. Fees and Charges

MS Finance Inc. operates with complete transparency. Any consultancy or processing fees applicable for our facilitation services will be explicitly communicated to you in writing before proceeding with your file. We do not ask for upfront processing fees before file evaluation.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
